This bottle works great in my CTUG 1L bottle holder. Unfortunately, it leaks with my Salomon filter, which I find to be a superior filter to the BeFree. I now have to question whether it will leak with the Pure Clear filter cap which I want for filtering out chemicals and viruses.
Thanks for your review! The Salomon filter may not be fully compatible with our products even though they are both 42mm. However, A 42mm o-ring can be used for a complete seal. Great bottle
I've been using a Vecto for years with my VersaFlow filter and it's been great. I was looking for a collapsible bottle with a wider mouth to use with electrolyte powder while out on multi-day trips. I wanted one that would be easier to clean than a narrow mouth one. This bottle fit the ticket. My main issue is that the edge of the opening is pretty sharp. It's not sharp enough to cut my mouth but it is sharp enough that I'm worried it'll irritate my mouth and give me canker sores. I probably will try to file or sandpaper it a bit and see if that helps, but I worry that that will make it leaky.

Really nice bottle
This is a great bottle. I have several that I have used for a few years.
The only reason I gave it 4 *is the cap. Cnoc needs to design a tougher cap. I just ordered replacement caps for the bottles I've used for several years now. Tendency to cross thread.
Otherwise I love the bottles.

Great way to filter your water
I saw other hikers using the product a multi day hike. I then ordered my own, and really enjoyed using it right away. Water filters so much faster than other methods I've used. The large opening is great for adding supplements to the water. It fits my pack bottle holder perfectly. So happy with what I hope it all goes term reusable product.
