We are in Portland, Oregon, so we work on Pacific Standard Time. Our warehouse and customer support times are Monday to Friday, 11 am to 2 pm.
We are a small company and want to be available to you whenever you need us, but we have families and a strong need to go hiking. You can send an email at any time but we will be replying during our working hours. We will only answer our phone during working hours, sorry.

COVID-19 update (June 2020): Oregon is under "Stay Home" orders so our offices are closed. We will not be accepting Will Call or Drop In orders nor manning the phone. Chat, email and orders shipment will operate as normally as we can manage.
