We are in Portland, Oregon, USA, so we work on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Our customer support times are Monday to Friday, 10:00-3:00 PM.
Our warehouse is open from 10AM- 4PM PST on Tuesdays and Thursdays - we may be able to accommodate you outside of those times if necessary, but please contact us first. Please note that those are not "store hours" as we don't have an official store front, only a warehouse. If you'd like to shop from our warehouse, the best way to do so is to shop online and then place your order for warehouse pickup.

Please note: Warranty Claims all must come through our warranty claim form in our support portal, we are unable to process any warranty issues via phone or email.
Please keep in mind: We are a small company so there will be days when the office is closed or we're unable to man the customer support phone. Nonetheless, Cnoc is committed to prompt, reliable customer support and you should expect an answer from our team within 1-2 business days.
