We are in Portland, Oregon, so we work on Pacific Standard Time. Our customer support times are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm and our warehouse is open from 9 am to 4 pm.
We are a small company and want to be available to you whenever you need us, but we have families and a strong need to go hiking. You can send an email at any time but we will be replying during our working hours. We will only answer our phone during working hours, sorry.

COVID-19 update (July 2020): As Oregon is re-opening, we now allow some Will Call pick ups. For pick-ups, please set time in advance with us by calling and make sure you are wearing a mask when coming to visit. We will not allow more than one person at the time and you must be wearing a mask in our facility.
