We want to make sure you love the new kit you get from Cnoc Outdoors, so you should only use gear that you want.

We'll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We'll give you either a refund or exchange, it is really up to you.

You're responsible for shipping costs to return an item and send out a new item, but we're happy to provide the shipping label. If you received a defected or broken item we will pay for all the shipping costs, no problem.

To sort out the return, e-mail us at info@cnocoutdoors.com or call us at (503) 44 66 000 (please respect our working hours). Please provide the following info:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Product to be returned or exchanged
  • The reason for return or exchange so we can learn from the experience

If you opted for a refund you will be refunded the amount of the item only, not your shipping charge.

Pack your returns carefully! It is your responsibility to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

It takes 3–5 business days to process an exchange or return after it arrives to us. we’ll let you know when your item is back with us.

We retain the right to make the final determination of what constitutes “new, unused.”
